Substitute Dion Charles scored a dramatic late equalizer to give Bolton a 1-1 League One draw at home to Bristol Rovers.
The visitors led from the second minute until added time after teenage loan star Josh Coburn scored early.
The burly 19-year-old, nicknamed Teesside Haaland since joining West Country on loan from Middlesbrough, converted Anthony Evans’ pass to give Gas a perfect start.
But with Wanderers facing their first defeat by their rivals in 33 years, Charles, a second-half substitute for the injured Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, deservedly equalised.
Coburn’s fifth goal at the Gas was a perfect response to the club’s FA Cup home exit to Boreham Wood.
Bolton then dominated possession and created chances, with Charles wasting one-on-ones with goalkeeper James Belshaw late on, before atoning with his still later equaliser.
Rovers boss Joey Barton, who made his Premier League debut for Manchester City at Bolton in 2003, was booked for dissent and did not appear too pleased that his side failed to keep the three points, even if they have lost only once in every 10 league games.
