4. Select the DoSvc key, and right-click on the Begin Select DWORD Change.

   

5. Input 3 in the Value box and click Okay.

   

6. Exit Regedit, and restart the computer.

5. Reset or Repair the Xbox App

Many users go through the Xbox app to access their Xbox Game Pass titles on Windows. So, you might be able to fix the error 0x800700e9 by choosing Reset and Repair options for the Xbox app inside Settings.
