Samsung updates its app that lets you bring life into your phone with a handy new feature.
As seen by Android Authority, Samsung has rolled out a version 2.2.4.54 for its custom Good Lock app to the Galaxy Store. While Good Lock has received some pretty interesting new modules over the past few months, this update is smaller but makes a difference. Users who update the Good Lock will get a new “update all plugins” option.
With this, Good Lock will update all custom plugins that a user may have installed on their Galaxy device one after the other. Previously, Good Lock would display a blue icon next to a plugin name to notify users of an update. But this method will probably sit better with users because they won’t have to look out for every single update.
Tapping on the update will also take users to the Good Lock Galaxy Store page, where they can view the updates that will be automatically downloaded and installed.
Good Lock is the main way to customize your Galaxy device, and recently the Korean OEM started pushing it out to more regions. Users in some regions of Europe and Asia can finally get their hands on the various modules, such as the recently introduced “Galaxy to Share” feature along with MultiStar, QuickStar, and others.
This update also comes at a great time, as Samsung has just launched its new Galaxy S23 series at its Unpacked event in San Francisco, California. With a trifecta of premium devices powered by an exclusively powerful new chipset, users can fully customize their phones to be who they are and never miss a beat with updates. It will also come in handy to use the Good Lock Camera Assistant module to fully customize the 200MP camera that comes with the S23 Ultra.
Samsung’s Galaxy S23 Ultra feels like holding the Mount Everest of mobile technology in your hand. The device has a 200MP main camera on its back with incredible detail. The S23 Ultra also has its own S Pen for writing notes or pretending to be writing notes.
